Flex Security Officer

We take pride in our team and are currently seeking responsible and motivated individuals to join us as Flex Security Officers. Job Description: We are currently hiring part-time Flex Security Officers to provide coverage across various client sites as needed. This role is ideal for candidates who are adaptable, reliable, and interested in growing with a company that values professionalism and career development. While this is a part-time position to start, there is strong potential for full-time opportunities based on performance and availability. Responsibilities: • Provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, and the public • Patrol assigned locations, monitor premises, and respond to incidents • Fill in for call-offs, vacations, or increased coverage needs across multiple sites • Follow company and client protocols consistently and professionally Requirements: • Valid level 2 or 3 license provided by the state of Texas • Be able to pass background check • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for various shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) • Reliable transportation • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and in diverse environments • Previous security experience is preferred but not required What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay • Opportunities for full-time employment • Ongoing training and support • A professional and respectful work environment If you are dependable, professional, and looking to grow in the security industry, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team.
