Weekends Jacksonville - Talleyrand Port $18.00 p/hr Driving Requirements: Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record - no major violations within last 36 months Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays, if needed. Benefits: • 401 (k) • Insurance: medical, vision and dental • Short term disability • Critical care/Hospital Indemnity • Complimentary life insurance • Pet insurance • Legal assistance/guidance • Identity theft protection • Paid on the job training • Paid time off • Bi-Weekly Pay • Competitive compensation • Career advancement opportunities • Continuous learning opportunities through LMS • Employee referral bonus program • Employee assistance program (EAP) • Employee recognition events • Employee performance incentives/rewards • Professional growth and development opportunities Qualifications: Responsibilities: • Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner • Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary • Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles • Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival • Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures • Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms • Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks • Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items • Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders • Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner • Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) • Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed • Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: • Valid FL Security D License • Valid FL Driver's License • Valid TWIC Badge • Professional demeanor and appearance • Basic computer skills • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Minimum of one year of customer service experience • Minimum of one year of security experience • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) • This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time #JAX
