Job Description:

• After training, must be able to set up and operate dough hopper, sheeter, laminator, cutter, etc..

• Set up and organize work area in a clean & safe manner.

• Monitor and analyze data and make adjustments as needed.

• Monitor all MCP/SPC control points, including maintaining accurate measurements and records.

• Frequently requires lifting in excess of 50 lbs.

• Refeed scrap dough onto conveyors.

• Monitor and fill all sifters.

• Operate automated interface control panels and load recipes.

• Follow all Quality, GMP’s, SQF, 5S, Safety policies & procedures.

• Perform Operator Care duties as assigned (ex: Check pie diameter, monitor hopper levels, refeed scrap).

• Perform any other duties assigned
• Must possess basic literacy skills (be able to read & write).
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency at data collection & production reporting.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand 100% of work time.
