Our in-house programming team has developed software specific to our needs to ensure consistency of production and performance. We have a robust training program to address the needs of each position in the company, with advanced training available in Six Sigma processes and Lean Manufacturing. In addition, we are SQF (Safe Quality Foods) certified for both food contact packaging food safety and for quality, which contributes to a strong culture of employee engagement. As we continue to expand, we are looking to fill additional positions in our production department, including press operators, converting equipment operators, laminating operators, and maintenance technicians. The successful candidate should be mechanically inclined with a strong desire to work and learn. They should have good basic computer skills, since the majority of our processes are executed and verified through our online system. In addition, the following qualities are required: Must be able to stand and monitor equipment through the shift, Bending, twisting, kneeling and stooping as required for normal production day, Able to read and follow written job specifications with accuracy and attention to detail, Able to adhere to company SOPs and Work Instructions pertaining to safety and performance. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available. Typical shifts are 12 hours per day/4 days per week, with opportunity for overtime. Pay is based on skill and experience with ample opportunity for advancement.
