This role involves mastering advanced cleaning and restoration techniques across a wide range of surfaces, including carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, and concrete. You will work with supervisors and managers to deliver high-quality results using advanced, high-performance equipment. Position Overview: As a Floor Care Technician, you will provide expert cleaning, maintenance, and restoration services for commercial and industrial clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring tools, vehicles, and equipment remain in top condition, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering outstanding service with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Perform advanced cleaning and restoration on flooring and surfaces (carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, concrete). • Use high-performance equipment and follow proper cleaning procedures. • Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and workspaces remain clean, organized, and well-maintained. • Work closely with supervisors and managers to execute assignments efficiently. • Adhere to OSHA safety standards, PPE use, and job-specific safety protocols. • Travel as needed for client projects and training events. • Log job details and reports using a mobile app. Job Requirements: • Strong attention to detail with anartisan’s approachto work. • Excellent teamwork, communication, and integrity. • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. • Professionalism and strong work ethic. • Basic computer literacy (logging reports on mobile devices). • Reliable transportation for off-shift and travel assignments. • Ability to pass background checks (required for high-profile clients).Preferred: • Prior experience in floor cleaning and restoration. Physical Requirements: • Stand and walk for6–8+ hours per shift. • Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting (26–50 lbs). • Work in commercial and industrial environments with varying conditions. Work Schedule: • In-person role. • Flexible shifts; evenings and weekends required. • Majority of work occurs between5:00 PM – 3:30 AM. Why NSC Staffing?
