Floor Technician

Floor Technician Location:MOUNT SINAI HOSPITAL - 40028004 Workdays/shifts:Overnights - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment. Responsibilities include: • Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment • Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces • May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers. • May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding • May assist in training other employees • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
