Overview We are seeking a skilled Flooring Expert with extensive experience in tile, hardwood, and vinyl installations. This role is essential for delivering high-quality flooring solutions to our clients, ensuring that each project meets industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and restoration, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Responsibilities • Perform flooring installations including tile laying, hardwood, and vinyl applications. • Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. • Utilize hand tools and power tools for various flooring tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately. • Engage in restoration activities, including water damage restoration and general remodeling. • Carry out fixture installation and trim carpentry as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications • Proven experience in flooring installation with a focus on tile, hardwood, and vinyl. • Strong background in construction site experience, including knowledge of construction painting and concrete finishing. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking techniques, and buffing processes. • Ability to perform carpentry tasks and cabinet installation effectively. • Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
