Flooring Field Supervisor

We keep up with new products and procedures in our industry. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our continued success. A field supervisor is responsible for the overall safety and productivity of the crew working under him. He ensures that the crew adheres to the project plan and safety guidelines, and that the work is completed on time and within budget. You'll be a great addition to the team if you have: Experience with projects between $10,000 to $100,000 • Verifiable experience in residential construction • Minimum 3 years of field experience • Ability to identify conflicts and address project and performance concerns. • Duties require good judgment, initiative and ability to deal with last-minute changes or critical issues • Ability to work in a faced paced environment on multiple projects • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Polish • Verify that all conditions at a job site are up to quality standards, accuracy and cleanliness. As a Field Supervisor, your job will be including but not limited to • Pre-construction process to include site surveys/site walks and subcontractor preparation • Providing updates for all current and prospective projects to owners/executive management • Site inventories and material knowledge • Submittal and approval of all subcontracts and change orders • Maintain on-site relations with clients, facility representatives, subcontractors, and city officials. • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate the opportunities to the sales department.
