What the role is

This program is meant for Hospitality or Gastronomy students who want to experience the areas related to food and beverages manipulation. You''ll be working without Cooks, Venue Managers and Operations Managers.

What you will be doing

• Be able to work in all areas of food and beverages, including the bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
• Learn how to make inventories, recipes and calculate costs.
• Draft reports from the Location.
• Receive the guests, deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service.
• Prepare tables and serve food and drinks. Manage guest inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Reach targeted sales with the most up-to-date departmental incentives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Strive to achieve the objectives of the department.
• Ensure work areas are clean and in proper working order.

• Studying Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Bartending or service related careers.
