Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a driven Food Operations Manager to provide strong team leadership for a prospective sale situated on the Emerald Coast of Florida. The location encompasses a large-scale K-12 School District comprising 40 school locations and serving around 30,000 students. The ability to lead from a hands-on approach and drive new initiatives, assume leadership in the absence of the RDM, and be a champion of operational excellence are key talents sought for this role. Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure compliance with menu production, safety and USDA regulations is a must. What You Bring
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
