Food Truck Driver

Job Description: Food Truck Driver Position Overview:As a Food Truck Driver at No Forks Acai Bowls, you'll be essential in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and smooth operations. As the operations of our food truck, you'll interact directly with the team, transport the trailer, set up/closed down the trailer and ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Drive safely and responsibly to two locations in the Houston area. • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. • Assist in the set-up and breakdown of the food trailer and equipment at each location. • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the food truck before, during, and after service • Cleaning Maintenance: Keep the area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times when needed. Wipe surfaces and restock necessary supplies as needed • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and leadership to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive team environment • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Follow proper procedures for cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment Skills: • Communicate effectively • Drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached • Back a trailer into a tight spot • Connect a truck to a trailer • Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership Qualifications: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Positive and friendly demeanor, with the ability to remain composed under pressure. • Flexibility and adaptable based on business needs. • Prior experience in transporting trailers. • Commitment to upholding No Fork's values and customer service standards.
