Forecast and Demand Planner

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Forecast and Demand Planner, you will be responsible to handle the forecast processes between the sales and operation and support in Plan production according to demand, stock level, raw material and packaging availability, and machine capacity for part of production and/or specific products within a Segment.
This position will report to the Demand Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast Preparation, Communication.

• Forecast Calculation and Analysis.

• Forecast Performance and Adherence Tracking.

• Actively develop a forecasting process and analysis to be used in planning process by utilizing existing functionalities in Matrix as well as implementing new ones according to best practices for planning in Jotun Operations System.

• Establish tight communication with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Production to have the best information for the daily plan.

• Reporting and Continuous Improvement.

We are looking for:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Marketing.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in forecasting and analysis.

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbally and written.

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is an advantage.

Location - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
