About the role

We're looking to hire a versatile full-stack engineer to join us in-person at our SF office.

You’ll own projects such as building core functionality for our cloud-based IDE and iterating on the way users interact with our code-generating copilot.

What we're looking for

As a founding engineer you should be self-motivated and passionate about joining an early-stage startup tackling a massive market. We’re looking for people who want to have large ownership and work closely with customers to build products that they'll love.

Tech stack

You’ll be working primarily with React Next.js TypeScript Python and PostgreSQL and at times with technologies like docker WebAssembly and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong emphasis on full stack development preferably some of which you’ve spent at startups
• Significant experience working with Typescript React and Node.js
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
• Experience with AWS or other cloud based infrastructure
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Python
• Experience owning technically challenging and demanding cross-functional projects
• A customer-first mindset and interest in talking to customers to make sure what we’re building meets their needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
