The Role
As an FP&A Analyst at adMarketplace, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, supporting financial planning, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with various teams including Finance, Sales, and Account Management to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to the achievement of our financial objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze historical data, market trends, and business drivers to contribute to accurate revenue forecasting.
- Work closely with the Finance, Sales, and Account Management teams to help develop and maintain sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals.
- Maintain and enhance financial models and spreadsheets to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to the finance team.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, preferably FP&A or Strategic Finance.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models.
- Solid understanding of the quarterly and annual revenue planning process.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s in Business/Economics.
Compensation: $75,000- $80,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
