As the FP&A EPM System Manager, you will be responsible for analysis of business requirements to help ensure the EPM Planful solution meets various business objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. You will also collaborate with finance business leads by providing financial systems expertise and effectively influence business leadership on key decisions.

What You'll be Doing:

• Collaborate with the implementation partner on all phases of the EPM Planful solution including business alignment workshops, designing, and configuring the system as per leading practices, collaborating with the selected vendor and businesses to create a positive experience, and assisting with data migration and cutover activities.
• Function as thought leader and advisor to businesses to embed leading and best practices in business processes to drive an elevated level of user satisfaction.
• Lead development and implementation of financial systems to support operations.
• Actively seeks opportunities to capitalize on native functionality/system capabilities to enable faster processes while ensuring data integrity.
• Support continuous process optimization and automation through alignment with the Global FP&A, functional, and regional leadership.
• Partner with other functions to analyze, evaluate and make recommendations to support investments and new business initiatives.
• Understand relevant business risks, lead appropriate risk assessment, and recommend and drive implementation of mitigation plans.
• Manage security and integrity of information within the FP&A systems landscape and coordinate with IT to manage risks/ threats.
• Monitor and assess compliance efforts in internal controls, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC requirements, and Financial Policies and Procedures for all related entities and operations.
• Accountable for testing all functional and technical changes implemented and communicates status updates and results to stakeholders.
• Leads post-mortem assessment and sets parameters for monitoring implemented process and system improvements.
• Assist with training and on-going support, as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience administrating Planful/Host Analytics applications using SDLC.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A operations.
• Industry experience preferred, not required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Achieve results in a dynamic environment with a commitment to meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to manage a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Independently organizes and performs most work with minimal guidance and direction.
• Adaptable to innovative ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks.
• Expert knowledge and technical understanding of business systems functionality and capabilities
• Knowledge of ERP Systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards and Snowflake architecture is a plus.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
