FP&A Senior Specialist - North America

We are growing our Global Business Services in Philippines and we're looking for finance professionals to join our newly established team as FP&A Senior Specialists. This will be a member of our FP&A centralized team in our Global Manila Hub. You will be in charge of performing FP&A transactions as indicated below.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of periodic reports for group purposes 

• Extract data for Financial Reporting 

• Extraction of data for preparation of forecasts and simulations 

• Validate and control checks of submitted data 

• Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data 

• Participate in the implementation of new procedures 

• Work to identify opportunities for automation or standardization 

• Copy best practices from co-workers and share new methods identified 

• Performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics 

• Maintenance of process documentation

• Monthly maintenance of various P&L files ( Excel & Power BI)

• Preparation of tools to support Financial Walks (Forecast & Budget) 

• Development & maintenance of BW Queries 

• Communication with requesting managers to ensure that all questions and issues are addressed appropriately. 

• Preparation of various reports eg. Bi-weekly report of worked hours and productivity, monthly reporting of Staffing Needs indicator, clinic count ( open/close), Pace Treatment, etc

• Responsible for data loads into various tools/systems

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working on similar position in FP&A or any other relevant field, like reporting or accounting. 

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), 

• Very good English,

• University degree in Economics or Finance,

• High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes, 

• Knowledge of SAP is an asset, 

• Ability to cooperate as part of larger team.

• Amenable to work in a US shift schedule (8 pm - 5 am)
