Framer/Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer/ Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks for various building projects in residential structures. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and construction safety standards. The Framer/ Carpenter will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. This position will start as 1099 to be transitioned to W-2 Responsibilities • Mainly wood framing with structural components • Siding, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks with precision • Assist with remodeling projects by removing old structures and installing new framing systems • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards • Collaborate with construction management to coordinate project timelines and materials • Keeping a clean and organized job site • Any experience outside of framing a plus • Working on Roofs • working on ladders Experience • Proven experience in construction site work, specifically in framing carpentry, or related fields • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools • Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites • Prior experience in remodeling or renovation projects is a must • Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and site management practices This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within the construction industry while honing your skills in framing carpentry and related trades.
