Framing Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Framers to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various construction disciplines, demonstrating proficiency in both hands-on tasks and project management. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities • Oversee construction site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities. • Conduct frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry tasks. • Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications. • Engage in plastering, roofing, woodworking, siding, and remodeling activities. • Operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for site preparation or material handling. • Participate in restoration projects as required by client needs. Skills. • Familiarity with construction site experience protocols and safety measures. • Competent in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks. • Expertise in carpentry, including frame carpentry and trim carpentry skills. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. • Experience with plastering, roofing, woodworking, siding, stucco work, and remodeling projects. • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
