Job Description

Purpose of Position:

Rate of Pay: $13.00 an hour

• The Frank-O-Matic operator is responsible for operating the Frank-O-Matic linker to form various size wieners depending upon production schedule requirements. Operator ensures proper precooked weight requirements are meeting the formulation specifications using proper equipment and procedures. This role works closely with the department supervisors, other.
  department leads and processing employees, in order to accomplish accuracy within the processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products.

Essential Functions:

• Operate Frank-O-Matic linker to form various size wieners depending upon prouduction schedule requirements.
• Ensure precooked weight requirements are meeting formulation specifications.
• Help maintain and improve quaility and food safety, to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
• Must work in a safe manner
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to understand and operate Frank-O-Matic linker.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment and clothing.
• Must work in safe manner when using sanitation chemicals.
• Must follow company attendance policies and procedures.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on a wet concrete floor and stand in a cold environment.
• Must be able to tie wiener casings in a timely manner.
