Blurring the line between form and function, these pieces adapt effortlessly to the everyday girl's ever-changing schedule. Responsibilities • Design original, on-brand graphics for apparel, accessories, packaging, and promotional merchandise. • Work from creative briefs provided by the Chief Brand Officer and/or Brand Manager to create compelling designs from concept to execution. • Build digital imprint assets for influencer gifting, PR send-outs, and in-person events. • Collaborate closely with the Brand Team to maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, exciting ideas. • Participate in brainstorms, share concepts, and implement feedback quickly. • Follow project calendars and deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time. Qualifications • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience (apparel, lifestyle, or retail preferred). • Proven portfolio of merchandise and campaign graphics. • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills; Figma a plus. • Keen eye for typography, color, and layout with an understanding of the SET Active aesthetic. • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Core Competencies • Creative Thinking:Ability to generate fresh, innovative graphic ideas aligned with brand vision. • Attention to Detail:Meticulous in typography, color accuracy, and layout to maintain brand standards. • Collaboration:Works well cross-functionally, incorporating feedback and communicating clearly with team members. • Time Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Technical Proficiency:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to quickly adapt to new tools such as Figma. • Brand Sensitivity:Deep understanding of the Set Active aesthetic and ability to translate it into visually compelling merchandise graphics.
