Freelance Motion Graphic/ 3D Designer

We are on the lookout for freelance Motion Graphic designers and 3D artists who can infuse our creative department with good chemistry, fresh ideas, and high-quality design. As a freelance Motion Graphic Designer you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented team, work on exciting projects, and contribute to the success of our clients' brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with our creative team in a remote environment, engaging from project initiation to final delivery, to craft impeccably designed linear animation experiences.
• Understand concepts and use style frames to create assets and linear animations.
• Create the animation between the style frames in an original and complementary way.
• Work with teams creating innovative ways to animate the client's message.
• Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Work with other artists/animators to ensure quality and excellence

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 

• At least 3 years of professional experience working on corporate videos, commercials, and/or brand videos.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Solid experience with chroma key compositing in After Effects.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Technical knowledge of editing systems, sound design, color correction, and encoding.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to project and file hierarchy.  
• Have strong communication skills and a level mindset both in production capabilities as well as team interaction.
• Understand brand guidelines and work within the constraints provided.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English at a high level of proficiency

CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS

• 100% remote
• Payment for freelance services is provided in USD.
• Hours may vary, but we need someone who is available to work during CDT hours from Monday to Friday.
