Job Description

Contra is seeking a skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to shape the look feel and functionality of our platform which empowers professionals to work independently and connect meaningfully. You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team to create intuitive impactful design solutions that enhance user experience and align with our business goals.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Design and prototype user-centered interfaces for web applications focusing on simplicity engagement and seamless user experiences.
  • Work closely with team members across product engineering and marketing to gather requirements define project goals and transform ideas into effective design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain design systems style guides and reusable components to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
  • Deliver detailed high-quality design assets specifications and documentation to development teams for efficient accurate implementation.
  • Stay current with design trends and industry standards contributing fresh ideas and insights to keep our platform visually relevant and user-focused.
