Freelance Senior Designer

The role

Under the direction of a Design Director, you will help to develop design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions for brand led transformation. Driving towards extraordinary, Senior Designers explore, conceptualize and craft design solutions that push boundaries of creativity and deliver game changing innovative solutions. 
You will deliver memorable storytelling, continuing to evolve and develop presentation techniques for the future. You demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking, creating ideas and assisting to develop and evaluate competitive design strategies and plans using your sophisticated understanding of aesthetics. You understand the importance of and support new business opportunities and pitch processes, creating and contributing to effective and accurate proposals. As a Senior Designer you will mentor junior team members, and build partners internally across functions, working across all disciplines as an active team player.

What we're looking for

• A brand focused Designer
• 5+ years of experience working in design environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Experience building brands either from scratch or as a brand refresh
• Ability to identify and deliver exceptional creative design
• Strong skillset in packaging design
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite
• Current design trend knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with new media technology/software
• Ability to collaborate confidently with team members
• Passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems
• Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.
• A comprehensive portfolio
