The role

As a Technical/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating motion graphics, videos, and supporting the creative team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You are responsible for day-to-day delivery of all execution deliverables related to a brand(s) including design adaptation. You possess an understanding of creative, design and implementation processes to ensure continuity of creative intent and support of the greater design team.

What we’re looking for

Experience

• 5+ years’ hands-on digital design experience
• Experience with Stable Diffusion and Stability.ai
• Experience fine tuning and training Stable Diffusion using Textual Inversion to create characters, objects, and art styles

Knowledge and Skills

• Motion software including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere, and Maya
• Design and production application software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Acrobat, Principle, MS Office (.PPT), Git, and GitHub
• CGI, 2D and 3D
• Front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.)
• UX Familiarity
• Web standards
• Sketching and storyboarding
• Advanced technical ability regarding creation of digital files for reproduction
• Strong understanding of both creative and production processes to ensure accurate delivery of design intent
• Multi-tasker; able to juggle more than one project at a time
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to quality work
• Detail-oriented
