Logistics $35,000-$45,000 Annually Permanent Opportunity Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Scottsdale, Arizona or Houston, Texas (onsite) What the position offers: • Mentorship from senior leaders and direct involvement in real sales cycles • A path to grow in the supply chain • 128 vacation hours • Development and training opportunities • 401K and Health Care Benefit • Hybrid 2 days a week after 90 daysWhat you’ll be doing: • The Freight Sales Associate is someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys working the phones, and is excited about launching a career in logistics and transportation • This junior-level role is all about creating momentum through outreach, building relationships, and helping us cut through the noise to accelerate our sales process • You’ll be at the front lines of prospecting, generating leads, and setting appointments that drive real business growth while working closely with a seasoned commercial team that knows how to close deals • You can make dozens of calls an hour and craft attention-getting emails that earn repliesWho we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • You need to have a learner's mindset and be hungry to break into sales and logistics • You may have experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced environment • Brings energy, resilience, and a thick skin - someone who doesn't get discouraged easily • You should be someone who’s persistent, sharp, and eager to learn the business from the ground up • At least 1 year of freight sales experience is highly preferred#INDCSR #ZR
