Front Desk Associate

Job Summary The Front Desk Associate serves as the face of Samuell Grand Tennis & Pickleball Center, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and members. This role involves managing daily operations at the front desk, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility. Responsibilities • Customer Service:Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about programs, lessons, events, and facilities. • Scheduling:Assist customers with court reservations, lesson bookings, and class sign-ups. • Sales:Handle pro shop sales, including merchandise and equipment purchases, and promote specials and discounts. • Administration:Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and memberships using the facility’s management software. • Facility Oversight:Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area and address any customer concerns about the facility. • Communication:Relay important information between members, coaches, and management, ensuring clear and consistent updates. Skills • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or retail (preferred but not required). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Basic knowledge of tennis or pickleball (a plus). • Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems. • Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
