Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Concierge who embodies our core values to serve as the face of Elite Aesthetics, providing exceptional customer service while managing various front desk operations. This position offers the flexibility to potentially increase to full-time hours based on performance and business needs. This is a sale position with the opportunity to grow within the company in this field. We are not accepting applicants who want to become services providers to any capacity. Schedule • Initial part-time schedule will be training for about 2 weeks • Full-time schedule will consist of: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm (10am-6pm Tuesday and Thursday's) • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed Key Responsibilities • Manage Elite Aesthetics scheduling system and client appointments (Boulevard) • Warmly welcome clients and provide professional check-in/check-out procedures • Build and maintain excellent client relations and communication • Effectively sell service packages and promote membership programs • Maintain the aesthetics and cleanliness of the reception area and facility • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries • Process payments and maintain accurate records • Embody our E.L.I.T.E. values in all client interactions • Support our holistic approach to aesthetics by understanding the connection between our services and overall wellness Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/salon front desk preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that reflect our values of trust and integrity • Professional appearance and positive attitude that represents our commitment to excellence • Strong sales aptitude with an ethical approach that prioritizes client well-being over sales • Ability to educate and empower clients to make confident, informed decisions • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications (Boulevard) • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment How You'll Embody Our Values • Excellence: Deliver the highest level of precision, artistry, and care in all client interactions • Leadership: Represent our high standards for professionalism and ethical aesthetic practices • Integrity: Provide honest recommendations that prioritize client well-being • Trust: Build lasting client relationships through transparency and exceptional service • Empowerment: Guide clients with expert knowledge to help them make confident decisions about their aesthetic journey • Authenticity: Respect each client's individuality while helping them achieve natural enhancements • Holistic Approach: Understand the connection between aesthetic treatments and overall wellness Compensation & Benefits • $23 per hour base pay • Commission on packages sold + Membership sign ups • Bi-weekly pay schedule • Potential access to health benefits (medical/dental/vision) if position transitions to full-time • Employee discounts on products and services • Professional development opportunities Elite Aesthetics is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that reflects our values of excellence, integrity, and authenticity.
