Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Brand Home Precinct in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.

This is a permanent, full-time position as a Front of House Supervisor.

This exciting role will have the opportunity to work at our beautiful Brand Homes at Jacobs Creek.

This position will be focused on delivering a food and wine experience through our Cellar Door and Café offerings at Jacob’s Creek. The role also encompasses overseeing and coaching our Front of House Team, to ensure we are delivering the highest level of execution in all of our experiences.

Key responsibilities

• You will embrace a passion for wine that drives a willingness to learn about other aspects of the wine business, and stay informed on emerging trends and the competitor landscape

• Provide an exceptional food and wine experience for customers with a focus on conversion to sales

• Support the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the floor

• This is a ‘hands-on’ position, and you will be required to deliver service and experiences across all areas of the sites

About you

You are a self-motivated sales professional who stands out from their peers in the industry. Having proven experience in a sales, restaurant or Cellar Door environment, you will also possess a track record of delivering business results.

You have experience in leading a team and are passionate about providing the highest standard of customer service. It would be no surprise to you that you will be required to work over 7 day roster including weekends & occasional evening work as required.

Experience in Café or restaurant service is a non-negotiable for this role, and experience in basic food handling would be advantageous.
