Bridger Aerospace is an aerial firefighting company based in Belgrade, Montana, located at the Bozeman Yellowstone Airport (KBZN). It was founded in 2014 to support front-line firefighters with world-leading technology and aerial fire suppression systems. We have grown from operating a single plane to commanding a significant Air Attack and the largest Super Scooper fleet in the U.S. in less than eight years.Â
Bridger is a leader in fighting wildfires, specializing in Air Attack, Fire Suppression, and Aerial Fire-Mapping technologies. Our focus is to provide the most effective and modern capabilities to fight fires from the air. Meeting the needs of the growing threat of economic and environmental damage caused by wildfires and supporting ground-based firefighters is our priority.Â
About the RoleÂ
Bridger Aerospace is looking for a Front Office Administrative Assistant support to ensure efficiency of our office and campus operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll work with teams across all Bridger’s entities conducting administrative and logistical support. To be successful in this role, the individual must have the ability to shift activities among multiple priorities, possess stringent organizational skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. We’re looking for a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to take on complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. This position is based at Bridger Aerospace HQ in Belgrade, MT and is full-time.Â
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.Â
- Answer phone calls, assist clients, and other visitors.Â
- Work closely with other administrative staff, executives and support other colleagues as needed.Â
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and department activities as needed.
- Collaborates with Executives to plan travel, expense tracking, and other logistics requirementsÂ
- Handles additional initiatives and tasks as requested by Executives.Â
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
- Ability to function well and communicate effectively in a rapidly changing environment while balancing multiple requirements concurrentlyÂ
- Detail-oriented and highly organizedÂ
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgmentÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanorÂ
- Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlinessÂ
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookÂ
