Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to craft dynamic, scalable, and compliant web applications using modern tools like Next.js, React server components, and Vercel. Join our collaborative team in Pune and play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences with cutting-edge technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize front-end applications using Next.js and related technologies.
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable React server components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Manage and streamline deployment processes using Vercel.
• Implement state management and data-fetching strategies with TanStack Query for efficient and responsive applications.
• Ensure front-end components comply with industry regulations and standards, with a focus on secure and compliant development practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Leverage design systems such as shadcn to create visually consistent and accessible user interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Vercel for deployment and application management.
• In-depth understanding of React server components and modern front-end architecture.
• Proficiency in using TanStack Query for state management and API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement compliant and secure front-end solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to HIPAA compliance and secure data handling practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development for the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated domains.
