Job Description

The Frontend Developer will be an integral part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites that seamlessly integrate with headless CMS systems through REST APIs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React, TypeScript, and possess a solid understanding of WordPress block development, UI/UX principles, and modern web technologies. 

Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Experience with headless WordPress development
• Familiarity with Vercel
• Eagerness to experiment with new technologies and to quickly prototype solutions based on customer feedback 
• Strong communication skills, both in listening and expressing technical ideas
• High flexibility and adaptability to pivot as project directions evolve
• A strong work ethic, with an ability to work abstractly and gain consensus
• Commitment to thorough documentation of code, processes, and practices

Additional Information

Compensation: 

Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The target salary range for this role is $120,000-$135,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
