Frontend Developer (Angular)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Take active part in designing new interactions and functionalities collaborating closely with a product designer and fellow engineers
• Given framed problems, design, propose, and engineer most suitable solutions
• Ensure state-of-the-art conceptualization and implementation in respect to the platform's global architecture and UX paradigms
• Develop features and associated unit & integration tests
• Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production
• Participate in code reviews
• Help in continuous improvements of the team practices
• Cooperate with other engineers on frontend and backend
• Own your tasks and manage your work supporting other engineers in doing so
• Be responsible for code quality in the project
• Review technical solutions proposed by other team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a frontend developer.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Angular (versions 2+).

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of the Angular framework
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• Experience with testing tools (Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, etc.).
• Familiarity with build and project management tools (Webpack, Angular CLI).
• Ability to work with version control systems (Git).

Architecture and Design

• Ability to design scalable and efficient SPA applications.
• Experience in creating and maintaining application architecture.
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices.

Additional Technologies and Tools

• Familiarity with other frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React) – preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of code analysis and quality maintenance tools (e.g., ESLint, Prettier).

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments (backend, UX/UI, QA).
• Good communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions.
