Frontend Developer - React, Typescript

Join us and work on our Identity Platform – a green field SaaS-based solution that will be powering all our products and will be used by millions of users around the world. Together with the rest of the new team that we are building in Prague, you will contribute to the frontend architecture and technical decisions to create a highly scalable, user-friendly, and secure solution.

What would you be working on:

• Collaboration with the engineering team, a Product Manager and UI/UX designers to solve complex customer problems through thoughtful and intuitive frontend design.
• Helping to break functionality increments into vertical slices that can be delivered frequently.
• Follow engineering best practices to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to create and maintain an automated test suite with appropriate test types (unit tests, E2E, …)
• Continuously improve our ways of working

What skillset will you need:

• 2+ years of frontend development experience
• Proven ability to develop performant, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Expertise in TypeScript, and React or Angular, with a good understanding of state management and component lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Materialize, etc.).
• Proficiency with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Parcel, etc.).
• Good understanding of integrating frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Ability to make small changes or additions to the backend when needed.
• Good understanding of the whole software development lifecycle.
• Good communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.

If you’ve got some of the following, even better: 

• Understanding of WebSockets.
• Knowledge of frontend unit testing (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, Mocha).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions).
