FSR Analyst

DCI Job Requirement for: Field Support Representative Location: Las Vegan, Nevada Job Description: Serve as an FSR Operations Analyst Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases Solve unique and challenging problems Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise Provide desk-side training to analysts Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting Staff the Help Desk • Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues Provide feedback to the engineering team about product Answer questions from senior leaders Qualifications: BS and 6+ years of relevant experience • MS and 3+ years of relevant experience • 10+ years of experience with no degree 3+ years supporting conventional and/or special military force operations Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations Prior experience with Gotham (required) • Gaia or Foundry experience is a plus Information management experience including data analysis and data integration Technical background with working knowledge of: • HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java • Hardware, networks, and server administration Experience training analyst in a classroom or field setting Information management experience including data analysis and data integration Required: TS/SCI Salary: $100,000-$140,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Relocation assistance • Retirement plan • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Experience: • operations analysis and planning: 5 years (Preferred) • fusing intel capabilities into operations: 3 years (Preferred) • supporting J3, AOC, MOC, or JTF, HQ: 3 years (Preferred) • briefing generals and above: 3 years (Preferred) • hands-on Gotham: 3 years (Preferred) Security clearance: • Top Secret (Required) Work Location: In person
