Full Stack Developer – Chatbot/AI Integration

Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead the development and integration of a commercial AI-powered chatbot solution. This is anew application development projectfocused on implementing and integrating chatbot services, aviation data feeds, and NLP engines. The ideal candidate will havehands-on experience in chatbot implementation, strong front-end development skills, and the ability to work across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot) • Lead the integration of a commercial AI chatbot platform from scratch, connecting various APIs and third-party services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation • Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams • Coordinate and guide nearshore developers as the on-site technical lead Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of full-stack development experience • Mandatory experience in chatbot implementation or integration • Strong front-end development skills; emphasis on UI development and API connectivity • Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Experience with React, Node.js, Spring Boot • Familiarity with database design and development • Experience with source control systems and version control • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • AD&D insurance • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Prescription drug insurance • Relocation assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
