Full Stack Developer Team Member for Growing Solar Engineering Firm

Job Summary We are a Solar Engineering firm with a 100% online presence. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. You must have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design and implement robust applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Duties • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, Java, and Python. • Heavy experience in PHP and database operations • Collaborate with designers and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces. • Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. • Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborative coding practices. • Ensure application security through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) measures. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills. • Full stack development using popular frameworks within PHP and Javascript • Work schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday (1-hour lunch break) • Stay available and responsive via Slack during work hours • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Vue.js, Laravel, and other modern frameworks • Collaborate with the lead developer and respond to additional tasks as assigned Requirements • 3+ years of experience with modern front-end and back-end development • Strong skills in Vue.js and Laravel • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and full-stack development • Proficient in Git and version control workflows • Reliable communicator with strong time management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
