The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the team. This person will be building and implementing new features and be a key contributor to the technical roadmap for the GoodTime product line. This means contributing to the product roadmap by working with our product and engineering teams in the US, Mexico, and Brazil. 

This role might be for you if you have a technical background in engineering frameworks such as javascript, excel at selecting and developing talent, and are extremely flexible in your approach to engineering. For us, fast is better than perfect. We iterate constantly and fail fast, so we need that to resonate with you! 

What Success Looks Like:

• Architect and implement new features and be a key contributor to the technical roadmap
• Team up with other engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent our engineering values
• Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud Technologies

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in Software development with a focus on front end 
• 2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / Redux
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
• Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
• Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
• Experience with relational databases
• Solid understanding of REST communication

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS
• Experience with web performance
• Experience with CSS
• You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from 10 to 100s of engineers)
