What You’ll Do

Sunbit is looking for a talented Full Stack iOS Software Engineer to join our Purchase Squad. As part of this team, you will be at the core of Sunbit’s operations, working on both our loan application system and the iOS-based POS application used by over 20,000 merchants across the U.S.

Our challenges demand a strong passion for architecture, outstanding coding skills, and a continuous learning mindset - this is a completely dynamic & interesting opportunity for iOS engineers who like to control both sides of the application!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain core features of our loan application system, ensuring high performance and stability.
2. Design, implement, and manage end-to-end mobile user experiences.
3. Collaborate with backend developers to optimize and scale services that support our mobile applications.
4. Write clean, maintainable code that prioritizes performance and reliability.
5. Collaborate with other team members, sharing your expertise and facilitating a culture of learning.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development, with expertise in Swift.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges head-on.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and new technologies.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in English.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Kotlin or Java for backend development.
• Previous work experience in fintech (e.g., payment processing or financial services).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with the Spring framework.
