Position Overview: • Location:Houston, TX • Start Date:ASAP • Contract End Date:9/7 • Schedule:Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM • Setting:Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy • System:CPR+ Your Responsibilities: • Prepare and dispense sterile compounded IV medications and prescriptions • Ensure all dispensed therapies comply with legal, clinical, and regulatory standards • Provide patient consultations and clinical counseling on infusion therapies • Maintain and document patient records with precision and confidentiality • Educate patients on usage instructions, drug interactions, and side effects • Offer wellness services including BP checks, smoking cessation, and device education • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff • Collaborate with nurses, prescribers, and other pharmacists to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and infusion supplies • Resolve drug-related issues and interface with prescribers as needed Requirements: • Active Texas Pharmacist License(in good standing) • Current ACPE-Accredited Sterile Compounding (IV) Certification • Prior experience ininfusion pharmacy or IV compoundingrequired • CPR+ or similar pharmacy software proficiency preferred • Strong clinical acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting Why Choose This Role? • Daytime weekday hoursNo weekends or on-call • Work in agrowing infusion therapy environment • Apply specialized skills in sterile compounding and direct patient care • Competitive weekly pay + benefits available through Soliant Health Apply Now or Learn More:
