What You’ll Gain: • Opportunity to shape the visual voice of major brands across industries • Hands-on experience creating commercials, brand films, digital activations, and social campaigns • A collaborative creative culture that values bold ideas, craft, and experimentation • A team environment where leadership, mentorship, and creative growth are celebrated RESPONSIBILITIES | What You’ll Do • Partner with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and strategists to develop motion concepts • Lead projects from ideation through delivery, presenting solutions to internal teams and clients • Design and animate motion graphics across a wide variety of platforms and industries • Collaborate closely with editors, producers, and sound designers to deliver cohesive final outputs • Create pitch decks, style frames, and motion tests to win client buy-in • Stay on top of cultural trends and industry innovations to ensure forward-thinking work • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a thriving creative culture • Balance multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining high standards of execution and creativity QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE | Who We’re Looking For • 5–7+ years of professional motion design experience in an agency, studio, or production environment • Portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects across industries • Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro • Strong skills in 2D animation, typography, and compositing; 3D design/animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) a big plus • Strong conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into captivating visuals • Comfortable presenting and defending creative choices to clients and stakeholders • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing deadlines • Bonus: Experience in AR/VR, projection mapping, or immersive/interactive design • Knowledge of sound design principles is a plus Bonus Points • Experience with interactive or immersive design (AR/VR, experiential, projection mapping). • Knowledge of sound design principles and how to integrate audio into motion. • A passion for storytelling, branding, and visual innovation.
