Position Summary • Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description • Provides oversight for the provision of care during assigned shift. • Serves as a resource to the direct care staff. • Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events.Provides support to the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement and other activities as assigned. • Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, continuing education, etc. Education:Graduate of an accredited RN program. Inpatient experience strongly preferred.
