Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Ariat needs customer driven people to come work for us at our brand new Flagship Store located on the Vegas strip. We are looking for Full Time Team Associates - sales. As an Ariat employee, we offergreat benefits, including an unbelievablemonthly and quarterly bonus, and a generous employee discount.Sales Associates start at $14.00 per hour. With monthly and quarterly bonus, Associates and make up to an additional $3 - $5 per hour. Qualifications and Other Requirements: · 1 to 2 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a soft goods apparel environment · Must be dependable and willing to show up for their shifts · High School graduate or equivalent · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent customer service and sales skills · Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment - previous high volume experience is preferred. · Knowledge of PC applications · Experience with retail POS/inventory computer systems · Maintain positive team morale · Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines RETAIL TEAM – JOB DESCRIPTIONS · Must be able to work full time, including early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management · May be required to attend outside events, seminars, etc. as needed Physical Demands/Working Conditions (Time spent standing, sitting, bending, lifting): · Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear · Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms · Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds · Visions requirements: close vision, distant vision, as well as ability to adjust and focus The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
