Full-time Staff Pharmacist

Pharmacy Manager (Full-time) JOB DESCRIPTION:Become a part of 15RX Pharmacy family as a full time Staff Pharmacist where we put customers first.The candidate should be highly-motivated and willing to work hard to fill the needs of our expanding practice. We currently have 4 Pharmacies in the San Antonio, Texas area. We offer a friendly, collaborative work environment and an excellent salary and benefits package. Our ideal candidate will be a Pharmacist with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and customer service skills and a desire to work independently with a strong and growing company. Pharmacy service operations includes the compounding/dispensing of medications, providing patient education and drug therapy monitoring to ensure patients receive safe, efficient and cost-effective therapy. Work includes coordinating, scheduling, overseeing and assisting professional and ancillary staff in performing drug distribution, preparation and associated pharmaceutical care activities. JOB DUTIES • Willing to travel to any store, depending on the available shift • Smooth running of the pharmacy operations • Designing and implementing both performance improvement and quality initiative; • Evaluating and ensuring the pharmacy department effectiveness in meeting all regulatory and clinical/service expectations. • Regulatory Compliance • Performance / Quality Improvement • Procedures Development/Implementation • Operations • JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • PharmD or RPh with at least 2 years experience as Texas Pharmacist in Retail setting • Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited school of pharmacy • One year of professional experience in the compounding, dispensing, and preservation of drugs and medicines equivalent to a Pharmacist • Commitment to excellent customer service. • Excellent planning, interpersonal, problem solving, leadership and oral and written communication skills are required Job Type: Full time Job Location:San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58.00 - $63.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
