Job Description

As the Fullstack Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and collaborating with group companies to drive effective marketing strategies and initiatives. We are seeking a Full Stack Digital Marketer with a deep understanding of various marketing channels and the ability to adapt to different business domains and markets (IT outsourcing, Fintech, Gaming, Start-Up, AI...) At VerySell Group, our marketing team operates as an internal agency, overseeing the goals, execution, and timely delivery of results. Your primary role will involve collaborating with stakeholders from our group companies to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to marketing efforts throughout the organization. Together, we will work towards achieving impactful outcomes and driving success across the board.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from all Verysell group companies to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Coordinate and facilitate cross-company marketing projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a unified marketing approach.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes across different domains and markets.

• Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.

• Monitor and measure the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization.

• Support the development of marketing collateral, such as corporate videos, brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage marketing projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with stakeholders from the group companies.

• Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with marketing counterparts in group companies, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and techniques.
  • Experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies specifically for a global technology company is a key requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing marketing initiatives that target business customers in the technology industry on a global scale.
  • Knowledge of different domains in Technology. IT Outsourcing, Gaming, Fintech, AI, Start Up are the most key domains of our group.
  • Knowledge of markets (Europe, Asia, Africa) with the ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication, is of utmost importance in this role. It is a critical skill that will enable effective collaboration, seamless coordination, and clear communication across our diverse group companies
