Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Concierge Medicine Physician to join our practice. The ideal candidate will provide personalized, high-quality care to a select group of patients, focusing on building strong doctor-patient relationships and offering comprehensive medical services in a concierge setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients to manage their health needs in a more individualized and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to a dedicated panel of patients, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and provide accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Offer personalized healthcare plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including lifestyle and health management guidance.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Engage in patient education to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both in person and via electronic communication.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in medicine and patient care.

Schedule:

  • Regular business hours: Monday - Friday
  • Flexibility for administrative time built into the schedule

Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • 3-5 years of attending experience highly preferred
  • Current, unrestricted medical license in Virginia
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
