Full-Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients' health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Manage critical care situations and provide necessary interventions.
• Utilize telehealth technologies to deliver care remotely when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
• Conduct utilization reviews to ensure appropriate patient care and resource allocation.
• Provide care for children in an outpatient setting
• Work with individuals with disabilities to ensure their healthcare needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
• Valid OK state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical skills in physical examinations and family medicine management.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate medical record keeping.
• Experience working with children and understanding their unique healthcare needs.
• Ability to perform utilization reviews effectively within a healthcare setting.
• Compassionate approach towards working with individuals with disabilities.
