Position: Full-Time Infectious Disease Physician at Mission Infectious Disease & Infusion Consultants

Schedule: 5 days per week

Salary Range: $220,000-$230,000 guaranteed for 2 years, inclusive of a health care stipend

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Infectious Disease Physician to join our team. This role involves a balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, requiring a commitment to delivering the best possible care at all times.

• Conduct regular rounds at area hospitals within the Palomar Health Care System.
• Provide outpatient services at our office 1-2 days per week.
• Participate actively in Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP) and Infection Control (IC) meetings.
• Engage in resident and Infectious Disease fellowship training, specifically for our ID pharmacist team.

• Board-certified or eligible in Infectious Diseases.
• Valid State of California Medical License.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
