This role will be largely dedicated to marketing, supporting several of the most senior marketing VPs in the company. Salary range: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 (Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.)

About the Role
For the marketing team, we’re currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be a supportive resource who empowers our Senior Leadership. You will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Given the dynamic nature of the executives, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining confidentiality.

What you'll do
- Coordinate complex scheduling and heavy calendar management for Senior VPs;
- Manage travel logistics including accommodations, transportation, and any visa related requirements.
- Organize and prepare for meetings/events including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Manage expenses and submitting reports consistently in a timely manner, and in line with company policy guidelines
- Register office guests – internal and external. Meet and greet these guests. Confirm conference rooms and clear/set-up rooms as needed.
- Organize and file documents, create a filing system and manage task lists. Handle mail, shipping and messenger runs as needed.
- Order/retrieve VP lunches as requested.
- Partner with the People team on on-boarding and off-boarding activities for department members.
- Work independently, perform special projects by coordinating required activities, develop forms/reports, and interact with outside/inside sources to obtain required information.

What you'll need
- Five years or more secretarial/administrative experience, preferably in senior executive office environment.
- Experience working in an international company is a plus.
- Excellent MS Office Knowledge.
- Strong initiative, verbal/written communication, organizational and administrative skills required.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
- Effectively and efficiently prioritize multiple tasks along with working well under pressure and tight time frames.
