The ERM manager will play a key role in implementing and overseeing the organization's risk management programme. framework. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Functions on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
2. Helps prepare and execute continuous monitoring of identified risks
3. Develop and implement stress testing frameworks
4. Conduct regular stress testing and identify process gaps and anomalies
5. Prepare and present detailed reports on stress test results to senior management
6. Continually improve the stress testing program to adapt to changing risk landscapes
7. Lead and support on automation/AI initiatives

Skillset requirement

1. Strong knowledge of risk management, stress testing and anomaly detection methodologies
2. Proficient in data analysis
3. Should have good attention for details, good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management.
4. Stakeholder Management- Should be able to make presentations to Function heads on risk topics
5. Ability to Recruit and build a high performing team, mentor and motivate team members, manage team performance and ensure necessary training for team members

1. Ability to work in high pressure environments and deliver high quality work
2. Good knowledge of excel, power BI, MS Office
3. Project management
