Fundraiser/Canvasser for Non-Profits

Hours: 5 days per week - 6 hour shifts on Weds/Thurs/Fri, 7 hour shifts Sat/Sun Pay: $24ph (base pay) plus uncapped bonuses One Sixty International work with incredible non-profits such as theASPCA,The Nature Conservancy, Children International and Save the Childrento generate vital funds so they can keep doing the amazing work that they do! We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation to represent theASPCA--an incredible animal welfare non-profit who are committed to preventing cruelty to animals! From rescuing animals from abuse to passing humane laws, the ASPCA are a voice for animals - and you in turn can be a voice for them! The Position:You will work with your team on different busy streets in the city where you will engage in incredible conversations with members of the public, inspiring them to become a supporter of the non-profit you are representing through an ongoing donation. Each and every conversation you have will have a positive impact, making the world a better place! It's also a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking for an entry-level non-profit position to kick start their career! We Offer: • Full time hours: 32 hours per week. Requirements: • Ability to work 5 full days per week incl. weekends(2 weekdays off) • Available to work full time for a minimum of 3 months • Must be aged 18 years or over • Happy to work outside! • Must be willing to travel to various locations in Austin and canvass outdoors and/or at large events. • Some experience or interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the environment, charitable causes, and/or non profit organizations.
